I have over 20 years of professional work experience in both counseling and educational settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflicts, education & parenting issues.

I specialize in perinatal care and women's health issues. I am dedicated to helping women face the challenges related to infertility, loss, and the postpartum period. I also specialize in nutrition and how that is closely related to mental health. With my unique holistic approach we can reduce negative though patterns and increase positive relationship internally and externally.
