My passion lies in helping you recognize and release old patterns that no longer serve you. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, spirituality, romantic relationships, and quarter-life crisis. Whether you're a young adult, working professional, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or a couple seeking support, I'm eager to explore your unique journey alongside you.
CURRECTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Availability starting the week of July 6th.
Hey there! If you’re here, chances are something feels heavy right now. Maybe your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, or confidence. Maybe your teen feels overwhelmed, shut down, or exhausted from trying to hold it together. Or maybe you’re the one carrying anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or emotional burnout. I primarily work with children, teens, and young adults who are tired of surviving and ready to feel more grounded, connected, and emotionally safe. While this is my specialty, I also work with adults and parents seeking support, healing, and lasting change.
Currently, I offer telehealth sessions only. Please reach out by phone or email to get started.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of FL. I have over 5 years of experience helping children, teens and adults struggling with their mental health. I hold additional certification in the trauma-informed Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a listening-based intervention designed to help regulate the nervous system and support emotional healing. I also utilize treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play therapy.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Florida International University. I obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University and completed both a master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Albizu University. I gained predoctoral internship training at University of Central Florida and a postdoctoral fellowship at Jackson Health System in affiliation with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
